1. 真空无模成型。真空无模成型进程,将片材加热到所需温度后,置于夹持环上,用压环压紧,翻开真空泵阀门抽真空,经过光电管控制真空阀调理真空度,直到片材到达所需的成型深度停止。因为自由真空成型法中制件不触摸任何模具外表,制件外表光泽度高,不带任何瑕疵。假如塑料本本身是通明的,制件能够具有最小的光吸收率和通明性,故可用于制作飞机部件如仪器罩和天窗等。

真空无模成型法在成型进程中只能改动制件的拉伸程度和外廓形状,因而不能成型外型杂乱的制件。另外,成型进程中,随着拉伸程度的增大,最大变形区(即片材中心)的厚度不断减小,因而实践出产中拉伸比(H/D)通常应小于75%。

2. 真空阴模成型。真空阴模成型进程如图所示。真空阴成型法出产的成品与模腔壁贴合的一面质量较高,构造上也对比明显详尽,壁厚的最大部位在模腔底部,最薄部位在模腔旁边面与底面的接壤处,并且随模腔深度的增大成品底部转角处的壁就变得更薄。因而真空阴模成型法不适于出产深度很大的成品。

3. 真空阳模成型。真空阳模成型工艺进程。本法关于制作壁厚和深度较大的成品对比有利。成品的首要特点是:与真空阴模成型法相同,模腔壁贴合的一面质量较高,构造上也对比明显详尽。壁厚的最大部位在阳模的顶部,而最薄部位在阳模旁边面与底面的接壤区,该部位也是最终成型的部位,成品旁边面常会呈现牵伸和冷却的条纹,形成条纹的因素在于片材各有些贴合模面的时分有先后之分。先与模面触摸的有些先被模具冷却,而在后继的相关进程中,其牵伸做法较未冷却的部位弱。这种条纹通常在挨近模面顶部的旁边面处最高。
