印刷济南围挡中产生印刷静电的原因与消除办法

在打印生产过程中,有时纸张或印品彼此吸引粘连在一起,难以分开,这种景象即是打印静电现象。在气候干燥的冬天,打印纸张带静电的景象尤为突出,轻则给正常的输纸、收纸和齐纸形成障碍,重则无法开机打印。

消除济南围挡静电的方法:

1、接地。这是最简单的消除静电的方法,但对于绝缘体简直没有效果。假如有两部印刷机临近,固然它们各自都有导线接地,但因电荷泄露的水平有所不同,它们之间依然可能有电位差,应该用导线把它们衔接起来。

3、控制相对湿度。这是一个简单有效的方法,外表电阻随空气相对湿度的增大而减少。库内温度控制在18℃~20℃之间,空气相对湿度控制在60~65%之间,在此条件下有利于削弱或消弭纸张静电,要是纸张带电严重,可把空气相对湿度调整到80~85%之间。在印刷四周环境中洒一些水,有条件的可运用空气加湿器,能够有效地消弭静电,另外可用晾纸措施,去除纸张静电。

4、调整油墨粘度。把油墨的粘度调大一些,也能够有用削减(消除)油墨中的静电,提高打印质量。

5、在油墨中添加抗静电剂或异丙醇。最好使用抗静电剂,由于异丙醇加多了会导致油墨"反渣",许多书上对于异丙醇的参加量为不超越2%,但是,跟据理论,非要远远超越这个量才会有效果。
